Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Reschedule: Sessions cancelled 24 hours or more before start time can be rescheduled at no charge.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are charged in full.
No Refunds: No refunds are provided once a session has been delivered.
Online sessions only. All policies are designed to ensure fair access to professional therapy services.

If you're in crisis or feel unsafe, call 999 or NHS 111. We do not provide emergency support. Our counselling services are for non-emergency mental health support and personal development.
