Service
Minds Empowered provides online counselling sessions only. Our services are for adults (18+) only.
Important: We do not provide emergency support or medical diagnosis. Our service is supportive counselling.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings and payments are processed securely through Calendly and Stripe.
Cancellations
Free Reschedule or Cancellation
Sessions cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time can be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session will result in the full fee being charged.
Refunds
No refunds are provided once a session has been delivered.
Technical Issues
If the video platform fails and prevents session delivery, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved under UK courts.
Liability
Our service is supportive counselling and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
